Vendor Terms

Shown when you create a vendor account and add your truck.

• You have the right to operate the business you claim and to publish its name, menu, and photos.
• You are solely responsible for health permits, licenses, parking permission, taxes, employees, allergens, and food safety. StreetEats does not employ you and does not permit you to operate.
• GO LIVE must reflect a real current location. Fake or reckless check-ins can get the listing suspended. Boosts never override this rule.
• Uploaded permits do not make StreetEats a certifier. We may reject or remove a “permit on file” badge without deciding your legal status with the county.
• You may respond to reviews. You may not delete, hide, or alter customer ratings.
• After V1, optional paid tools (Analytics $10/mo, Boost $15/mo) are billed on the StreetEats website. Boost does not mean you appear open if you are not checked in.
